"Order arrived fine, but the updates were confusing"
I did get my order without any issues, so no complaints there. Maybe I was just checking my email too much because I needed it by a certain day, but the shipping updates felt a bit slow and kind of confusing. Everything worked out in the end, though...

The site looks good at first, and I thought it was going to be easy to use, but the search and filters were annoying. I kept trying to narrow things down and somehow it felt like it made things harder instead. Some pages loaded slow too, which made me second-guess if I clicked the right thing or if it was just stuck. Checkout also felt more confusing than it needed to be, even though I did eventually get through it. It’s not terrible, but it could definitely be smoother...

"I bought a gift from Uncommon…"
I bought a gift from Uncommon Goods because it looked really nice online, it seemed like something a little more special than the usual stuff. When it arrived, I was happy with it at first. Shipping was fine and the presentation was decent. But after just a few uses, the material started cracking and it began to feel kind of cheap. For what I paid, I really expected it to hold up better. Now I’m wishing I had picked something else

"Delivery was a mess and the reminders were annoying"
I ordered this as a gift thinking it would get here by the date they promised, but it ended up arriving way later. The tracking barely changed the whole time, and when I contacted customer service they weren’t much help at all — just kept telling me to wait. On top of that, I kept getting these pushy reminders and messages, which was extra annoying when they couldn’t even deliver on time. The item itself was fine once it finally showed up, but the delivery experience was so unreliable that I definitely wouldn’t order from them again for anything time-sensitive.

"Nice personalization, but not perfect for the price"
I ordered a personalized item from Uncommon Goods, and overall it was close to what I wanted. The name was spelled correctly and the date was right, so I appreciated that. The only thing is the spacing looked a bit different from the preview, which made the design feel a little uneven. It’s not terrible, but for what I paid, I was hoping it would match the preview more closely.

"Made Birthday Shopping Way Easier"
I’m usually the person scrambling last minute trying to find a birthday gift that doesn’t feel boring or generic. This time, I wanted something a little different, but I really didn’t have the energy to overthink it. I had such a nice time browsing here. There was so much cool stuff, and it kind of reminded me of being a kid in a fun little gift shop, getting excited over every random find. I ended up finding gifts way faster than I expected, which made the whole experience feel easy and actually enjoyable.

"Cute gift ideas, but am I missing something?"
I ordered a couple of gifts from Uncommon Goods because they had some really cute and unique ideas. Shipping was totally fine, and everything showed up packed well enough. But am I missing something with the pricing? The quality felt a little hit or miss to me. One item was actually solid, but another looked cheaper in person than it did online. It wasn’t awful, just not quite what I expected for what I paid. I’d probably order again if I found something really unique, but I’d definitely read the reviews more carefully first. Overall, it was just kind of average for me.

"Cool Stuff... But Kinda Pricey!!"
I do find myself checking Uncommon Goods often because they really do have some unique things!!! Like, if I need a gift that feels a little different or more fun than what I’d find at a regular store, it’s a good place to browse. That said... some of the prices feel a bit high for what you’re actually getting?? I’d still use it when I need something unusual, but it’s not usually my first stop for shopping.

"Cute stuff, but kinda pricey"
I like the idea behind Uncommon Goods, and yeah, some of the items are really cute. But the prices felt a little unfair for what you actually get. A lot of things looked like they should’ve cost way less. Then once shipping and taxes got added at checkout, it just felt even worse. I get that unique gifts can be more expensive, but this was a bit much for me. I probably wouldn’t order again unless there was a really good sale.

It felt like something someone actually took time to make, not just a mass-produced item. I did notice one tiny rough edge in the finish, but it wasn’t a big deal. My item showed up broken, which was frustrating since I’d literally just made coffee and was excited to open it. Customer support did respond, so at least I wasn’t completely ignored, but it took a bunch of back-and-forth emails before I finally got my refund. Not the worst experience ever, just annoying and more of a hassle than it needed to be

I was just hoping to get my issue sorted without spending more money than necessary, and they made it really easy. They replied fast, understood the problem, and fixed it without a bunch of back and forth. For the price, I was happy with the service.
